College of Subic Montessori

Admissions

Application Process

Prospective students are welcome to visit the campus and meet our admissions team. The typical enrollment steps are:

  1. Inquiry and Campus Tour: Contact the Registrar’s Office to ask questions or schedule a visit. Applicants (and parents) can tour classrooms and facilities.

  2. Submission of Forms: Obtain and complete the school’s admission/enrollment form (available at the office or online). Collect required documents for submission.

  3. Assessment & Interview: (If applicable) Incoming elementary and junior high students may take a brief placement test or interview to determine the appropriate level. Senior high applicants discuss strand choices with a counselor.

  4. Registration and Orientation: Once accepted, pay the enrollment fee to reserve a slot. The school then provides orientation information, class schedules, and uniform requirements.

Requirements

To enroll, students must submit the following (with original copies for verification):

  • Birth Certificate (PSA-authenticated)

  • Learner’s Record / Report Card: Form 138 (for Kinder to Grade 12) or Form 137 (for transfer students) from the last school attended, showing scholastic grades and attendance.

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (usually from previous school)

  • Recent ID Photo(s) (2x2 size)

  • Others: Completed health form or clearance, and any government IDs (for Senior High) as needed.

Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid

CSM Subic Bay is a private school, and tuition fees are competitive. The school occasionally offers scholarships or discounts (e.g. siblings or faculty’s children, and academic achievers) as part of financial aid programs.

The Senior High Voucher Program is accepted: qualified Grade 11–12 students may apply for government vouchers to cover a portion of their SHS fees. (Need-based assistance and payment plans are also available; families should inquire at the Business Office for details.)

Enrollment Periods and Dates

Enrollment typically opens in late first semester and continues into summer. Important dates vary each year, but for example, the SY 2025–2026 on-site enrollment was held in early May, with early-registration promotions (free uniforms/IDs) available through mid-May.

Families are advised to watch announcements (via the school’s Facebook page or bulletin) for specific enrollment schedules and deadlines.
